• All plants are sold as-is. Variations in color, size, and condition may occur due to natural growth patterns.
• Care instructions provided are general guidelines. Halifax Carnivores is not liable for plant health after purchase.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for live plants.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with photos for review.
• Refunds for approved claims will be issued to the original payment method.

• Damage caused to plants due to improper care after pickup.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
